Most of the people who call us are not looking for a contractor. They are looking for the help they used to get from a husband, a son, or a neighbor two doors down who owned a drill.
That is the job we do. We come in, take our shoes off, listen to the whole list, and tell you plainly what we can sort out today and what needs a licensed electrician or a roofer instead. If it is the second one, we will tell you who we would call. That costs us a job and keeps us a neighbor.
You will know the name of the person coming, what it costs before anyone starts, and that we will pick up the phone the next time you need something moved, hung, patched or hauled away.

Most visits are three or four small things at once, which is cheaper than calling someone out three or four times.

TVs, mirrors, art, floating shelves, blinds. We find the studs, hang it level, hide the cables, and patch the holes from last time.

Most handyman sites make you call to hear a number. Ours is simple. Seventy-five dollars an hour, one hour minimum, and the price we give you at the house is the price on the invoice.
Materials are billed at what we pay for them. Estimates are free, there is no trip charge inside our service area, and lawn, pool and cleaning visits are quoted per visit before we start.

The old wood line had gone. We pulled it, set new posts in concrete, and hung vinyl privacy panels with a gate that swings clear. Same yard, same angle, start to finish.
