St. Augustine is the dominant grass type in Central Florida, and it has opinions. Cut it too short and you stress it. Skip a week in summer and you're at 6 inches. We know the correct mow height by season and by variety — Floratam, Palmetto, and Seville all have different tolerances.
Every visit includes mowing, edging along driveways and sidewalks, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. No half-cut jobs, no grass left on your driveway.
We run weekly schedules in summer when growth is aggressive and bi-weekly in the slower winter months. If your HOA has specific requirements, send them to us — we'll meet them.

Common questions
Primarily St. Augustine (Floratam, Palmetto, Seville) which covers most Orlando-area homes. We also mow Bahia and Zoysia. If you have something less common, let us know when you request the estimate.
We focus on residential properties — single-family homes and smaller multi-family. For large commercial accounts, we're probably not the right fit.
Mow, edge (driveways, sidewalks, bed borders), and blow-off every visit. Weed eating along fence lines is included. Trimming hedges or pulling weeds from beds are separate services — ask when you get your estimate.
Yes. If we show up and the lawn doesn't need cutting — usually in January or February — we'll skip it and charge you nothing. We're not going to run a mower over an already-short lawn to bill you.
